Stand Up Drama
Clare owns the award winning theatre company Stand Up Drama which produces monthly show London Bites. Working alongside a director, they created a show that combines comedy and drama to great effect and has given them the opportunity to work with some talented new writers and actors. S.U.D was set up in October 2005 to offer actors the platform to have their work seen by both public and industry.
London Bites has taken the city by storm and now runs 2 nights per month at Sway Bar, in London's West End showcasing some of London's best talent in drama, comedy and new writing, in a relaxed and entertaining cabaret style enviroment.
In 2008 Stand Up Drama welcomed it's first Patron actor Hugh Bonneville.
In 2009 Clare hands over the running of London Bites to Assistant Producer Charlie Swallow and Director Anna Jordan, so she can return her main focus to her acting career.
4 successful years has seen Stand Up Drama; winning Best Producer at Fringe Report Awards 06, win the Hackney Enterprise Network Grant, produce the Spotlight Showcase, launch our Casting Director Workshops, and much much more.
"Stand Up Drama is a most welcome venture by actors, for actors".
